EXCLUSIVE: MTV Spiltsvilla host Sunny Leone warns a contestant over discriminatory remarks; says “Bring it up again and I will personally kick you out"

In a recent episode of MTV Splitsvilla X5: ExSqueeze Me Please, things got really heated up as Sunny Leone had to intervene and threaten a contestant to be thrown out of the show for the latter’s comments. In a massive showdown between contestants, Unnati, who wanted to combat allegations against her, said something that neither the show nor the channel approve of, and the host Sunny had to issue a strict warning against her.

What happened on the show

During the Dome Session of the villa, while discussing about the gossip in the villa, Unnati revealed Harsh’s plans on eliminating Akriti, that sparked a massive fight among contestants as they came in defence of each other. This resulted in Ishita accusing Unnati of having a connection outside the show and as Nayera jumped in to confirm Ishita’s claims, a baffled Unnati decided to target the latter. She pointed out that Nayera and Arbaz’s relationship is also fake, further making a discriminatory remark about their faith which led to Sunny Leone reacting strongly against her statement.

Sunny Leone takes a firm stand against discrimination

Sunny Leone delivered a powerful message wherein she issued a warning to throw them out of the show in case of such incidents. She angrily stated, “MTV stands for equal treatment for everyone, it does not discriminate against religion, creed, sex or anything that has to do with things that are incorrect. MTV does not stand for this! Bring it up again I will personally kick you out of the show. There is enough hate in this world for you guys to be bickering between each other or bringing up topics that are not acceptable. It cannot happen in this show.“

MTV Splitsvilla X5: ExSqueeze Me Please airs on MTV and also streams on JioCinema simultaneously at 7 PM.
